Macymed undertakes to ensure that Confidential Information provided by its customers :

Shall be protected and kept strictly confidential, and shall be treated with the same degree of care and protection as Macymed accords to its own Confidential Information of equal importance;

Not be copied, reproduced or duplicated in whole or in part, unless such copying, reproduction or duplication has been specifically authorized in writing by our customers.

All Confidential Information and its reproductions, transmitted by our customers to Macymed, will remain the property of our customers and must be returned to them on request.

Macymed undertakes to return, on request, any confidential documents that our customers may have given us, within the framework of the contract signed with them, without keeping any copies.

Ownership of all Confidential Information that our customers disclose to Macymed under any agreement shall in any event belong to our customers, subject to the rights of third parties.

13. Applicable law

This policy is governed by French law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, the location of the Macymed Group’s registered office, unless specific jurisdiction is conferred by a particular legal or regulatory text.
