2. Product/service description

LinkTracker is a module designed for WordPress site owners to track links and clicks on their website.

Versions available:

• LinkTracker: free version available on the official WordPress.org platform.
• LinkTracker Pro: advanced version available only on the official macymed.co.uk website, with additional features requiring a license.

Distribution method :

• LinkTracker can be downloaded directly from WordPress.org.
• LinkTracker Pro is available to order from macymed.co.uk, where a single license is issued upon payment.

Updates :

• LinkTracker: free updates provided on WordPress.org.
• LinkTracker Pro: updates available only to users with a valid license and subject to subscription or lifetime purchase.

Compatibility :

The module is compatible with WordPress versions 6.0 and higher.

3. Prices and payment terms

Rates :

• Monthly subscription: €25 incl. VAT per month.
• Annual subscription or lifetime purchase: €99 incl. VAT for unlimited access.

Payment methods :

Orders can only be paid for online by credit card, via the Stripe secure payment gateway.

VAT :

• Prices include VAT applicable in France.
• In B2B within the European Union, customers with an intra-Community VAT number are exempt.
• For customers residing outside the EU, VAT does not apply.

4. Terms and conditions of use

Each license is strictly limited to a single installation on an Internet site.
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, copy or resell the module without written authorization from Macymed.
In the event of a breach of these conditions, the license may be terminated immediately without refund.

5. After-sales service and support

Macymed undertakes to provide technical support for the LinkTracker Pro module.

Assistance :

• Support is available by email only: extensions@macymed.fr.
• The guaranteed response time is a maximum of 2 working days.

6. Return, refund and cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal :

In accordance with French law, individuals have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Repayment terms :

A refund can only be granted if the customer has not activated or used the license.
Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 days of the request, after verification of the validity of the request.

Applications should be sent to extensions@macymed.fr.

7. Intellectual property

• The LinkTracker module and its Pro version are the exclusive property of Macymed.
• Any unauthorized modification, redistribution or reuse of the code is strictly prohibited.
• Macymed reserves the right to take legal action in the event of infringement of its intellectual property rights.

8. Responsibilities and warranties

• Exclusion of liability: Macymed declines all liability in the event of :
  • Module malfunction caused by incompatibility with third-party extensions or specific configurations.
  • Data loss resulting from use of the module.
• We recommend testing LinkTracker Pro on a staging or pre-production environment before installing it on a production site.
• Macymed does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the module.

9. Termination and suspension

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless terminated by the customer before the expiry date.
• Customers may cancel their annual or monthly subscription at any time, but no request for a partial refund will be accepted once payment has been made.

In the event of a breach of these GTC, Macymed reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the license without notice.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These GTS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court is that of Avignon, unless otherwise provided by law.

11. Additional legal information

• Macymed does not collect any personal data from LinkTracker or LinkTracker Pro users.
• All data generated or recorded by the module is stored exclusively on the customer’s servers.
